As a 37th-generation successor of Qingcheng Tai Chi, Coach Hao Shuai brings decades of expertise in traditional practice, guiding students to cultivate both body and mind with authentic techniques.

Martial Arts Mastery: Began training at age 9, becoming a National & International Wushu Champion, Wushu Sixth Duan, and National Level 1 Athlete. After an injury in 2011, he studied sports anatomy and rehabilitation, later becoming a National Level 1 Referee and key instructor in the Wushu Duanwei System.

Qingcheng Tai Chi Journey: Since 2016, trained under Master Liu Suibin, overcoming chronic back pain through Qingcheng Tai Chi. Promoted Tai Chi in schools, communities, enterprises, and international programs, helping hundreds improve health and balance.

Global Promotion & Impact: Collaborated with universities, international platforms, and major companies, teaching and popularizing Qingcheng Tai Chi worldwide. Focused on practical wellness, heritage, and accessibility, bringing Tai Chi benefits to all ages and backgrounds.
